About us

The LEAP Programme was founded in Pembroke College by Andy Crossley (1986) and Cindy Crossley in 2022 and helps students develop their confidence and career prospects through training, events, mentoring, networking, internships and growth opportunities.

Professor Robert Mayhew  

Robert Mayhew is the Senior Tutor at Pembroke College, a position he has held since September 2021. He is Honorary Professor of Historical Geography and Intellectual History at the University of Cambridge and a Fellow of the British Academy.

LEAP Programme Manager
Hannah Wilson

Hannah has managed the LEAP Programme since June 2022. She started her career in NGOs, working for Oxfam GB and Amnesty International in the UK and overseas. Hannah was a Senior Development Officer at Pembroke before transitioning to the LEAP role. She studied Modern History at the University of Oxford.
