The LEAP Programme was founded in Pembroke College by Andy Crossey (1984) and Cindy Crossley in 2022 and helps students develop their confidence and career prospects through training, events, mentoring, networking, internships and growth opportunities.
LEAP Director (interim)
Dr Kate Parsley
Kate manages the Pembroke College Corporate Partnership Programme and has overseen the LEAP programme since its inception. A plant molecular biologist by training, Kate has held roles at NIAB and at the Universities of Adelaide and Cambridge. She has a PhD from Darwin College, Cambridge and was made a Bye-Fellow of Pembroke in 2023.

LEAP Programme Manager
Hannah Wilson
Hannah has managed the LEAP Programme since June 2022. She started her career in NGOs, working for Oxfam GB and Amnesty International in the UK and overseas. Hannah was a Senior Development Officer at Pembroke before transitioning to the LEAP role. She studied Modern History at the University of Oxford.

LEAP Administrator
Leti Garcia
Leti is a member of Pembroke’s Catering Team who joined LEAP in January 2024 on a part-time secondment. Leti grew up in France and Spain, and studied Interior Design and Tourism at university. She has worked in hospitality for 18 years and is delighted to have the opportunity to gain experience of events management as part of the LEAP team.

The LEAP Programme is governed by an Oversight Group and a Steering Group made up of Fellows, students, staff and external advisors.
